End of Arm Tool
The End of Arm Tool is the most important component of a Palletizing System. It must be able to support the load and place it accurately upon the pallet. TX-Robotics uses our vast experience to design a Tool that is fast and reliable.

use an advanced hybrid PC/PLC system controller that provides high capability
with ease of development. A Touchscreen
HMI provides the best possible User tool.
All TX-Robotics systems are equipped with Remote Access Service to enable
diagnosis and correction of problems.

Operating a TX-Robotics Palletizer is very
straightforward, and requires minimal
training. The User Interface consists of
a Touchscreen monitor with a Menu
system that prompts the user to make the
necessary selections. The Menus include
screens for setup, operation, fault correction, and diagnostics. The system
does not require the use of a Pendant for
operation.
Our systems are available with SCADA control, using Ignition Edge interface.

for operating and maintaining the system.
Operator, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance guides are provided, as well
as Bill of Materials, Assembly and Part
drawings, and Backup Software. Docs are
installed on the User HMI and available at the at touch of a button.
Automated Packout System
Our Newest Product
We are now offering our systems with fully integrated Kuka Robotics Autonomous Mobile Robots. Kuka Robotics offers the marketplace the most efficient and cost-effective solution for automated pallet handling.
The Kuka Fleet Manager is fully integrated with our Operating system to make operation easy.
Our Enterprise Edition of the Automated Packout system provides an Automation Solution for larger customer requirements such as Food Processors with nationwide facilities. Product containers are Palletized, then the completed stacks are transported to a staging area for loading using a fleet of Autonomous Mobile Robots. The Enterprise Edition of our TX-Fleet Order Management Software provides expanded capability to control the work flow from the Palletizers all the way to the semi trailers.
